Sales and manufacture -

J.B. Sound Industries was formed in 1982. Mostly to manufacture "Controlled Evacuation Systems" to the Australian Standard AS 2220-1978. But the company soon branched into broadcasting equipment and other areas of professional electronics including security equipment.

They operate their own metal-work facility which includes Engraving, Silk Screening, Anodizing, and Powder Coating. They do custom electronics and low volume manufacture and quite happily make small quantities, of various Printed Circuit Boards, which are manufactured in their own workshop. It suits small to medium quantities of custom PCBs, on single or double sided board. They offer "Hard Gold" plating on edge connectors and protective "Tin" plating to all boards with a final coating of resin to further protect and aid in the assembling process as a solder flux.

They offer an assembly service to other manufacturers along with installation & maintenance to Radio Stations, etc.
